AMD triage and follow-up - Brighton and Hove area onl y

Since 2005 there has been a referral pathway in place in Brighton and Hove for patients with AMD. There are 4 approved and accredited Community Optometrists with Special Interest (COSI) in Brighton & Hove City. All AMD patients who need “expert” assessment should be referred to the COSI listed below. This should ensure your patients receive fast and appropriate treatment and support.
